I am not a natural planner as one of my highest values is freedom and both planning and freedom have always seemed to contradict. But I’ve recently discovered how planning can give you freedom and have worked toward becoming a better planner for this very reason! You see, your day happens to you whether you plan it or not. All the little things that pop up or go neglected because you’ve failed to plan will begin to morph into stressors that can cause overwhelm or even bitterness. I’ve been pleasantly surprised
Since learning to better plan each part of my life, I’ve been pleasantly surprised how much better I feel! All areas of mind, soul, and body seem to be working together instead of against each other because I now put thought into each area of my life.
I am excited to offer a resource that will help you make intentional plans as well! This isn’t a schedule or meal plan type of planning, but it IS a resource to help you plan your future and seek personal growth!
